We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $40. For orders under $40, a standard shipping fee applies.

All UVELLA products are shipped directly from Korea to your doorstep with care.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another when your shipping label is created.

Orders typically ship within 5–10 business days. If you haven’t received your package after that period, please reach out. We’re here to help.

You can cancel your order before it ships by following these steps:

1. Log in to your UVELLA account and go to My Account.

2. Click on the Orders tab

3. Select the order you'd like to cancel and click Cancel

Once canceled, please allow 1-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Note: If your tracking link has already been issued, we’re unable to cancel or refund the order.

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong items, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of delivery.

Be sure to include clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product, along with your order number. We’ll review the issue and assist you promptly if there’s a confirmed defect or fulfillment error.
